Taking it's name from Onchan's famous Velodrome, opened in 1951.

At the heart of Onchan Park, with lots of free parking nearby and its amazing views out to sea, is the perfect place to relax. Serving freshly ground coffee, tea, cakes as well as lunch and a variety of ice cream.
